The Vehicle Speed Sensor is located internally in the U660E transmission. It is on the upper valve body.

Too involved for my liking.
I have read about valve springs having to be replaced on other vehicles because of poor quality or design.
Not exactly something that can be avoided by doing regular oil changes.

What you are describing is normal for any vehicle. It is more a case of how close the vehicle is when it overtakes you. The closer the vehicle, the greater the wind effect.
On the open highway, I noticed this effect when I had an oncoming semi-trailer. I learnt to move over to the left to widen the gap between our vehicles and this dramatically reduced the wind effect.

You will probably be interested to read the following URL.

In the boot of my Aurion, I currently have the following:
small hydraulic trolley jack, jumper leads, screwdriver set, 2 spanner and socket sets, set of vice-grips, set of small pliers and a wheel brace. I also have a groundsheet, an old jacket and a container of engine oil. Certainly well prepared to do a wheel change or minor repairs to get me back home where I will have a lot more tools available.

Low mileage vehicle but way overpriced. Good price for the seller but not for you as a buyer.
I use Redbook for its pricing guide.

I would be looking for previous repaired accident damage plus any obvious drive train noises. When you find a worthwhile vehicle, definitely get a vehicle history report and a mechanical inspection before buying.

Bunnings has been selling the Valvoline range of products for a while. https://www.bunnings.com.au/our-range/tools/automotive/lubricants
I have recently looked at the detailed specifications for the various ATF including Valvoline Maxilife. Decided to keep staying with Penrite LV.

Just to be on the safe side I'm purchasing more ATF.
Repco have 25% off the Penrite LV if anybody needs some. ($36.39 ea) The rest are asking $50 a pop.
https://www.repco.com.au/en/search/?text=Penrite+ATF+LV+Automatic+Transmission+Fluid+4+Litre
I'll get 3 more so my total count will be 20 lt. Enough for two flushes I reckon.
Repco Cyber Monday Sale has 25% off online only. Penrite ATF LV 4L now at $36.75

I had a look at the 100 Litre ToolPro Storage Trunk on special for $30 at Super Cheap Auto.
At that price, I was hoping that they would be similar heavy duty construction as the Tactix 85 Litre Heavy Duty Storage box which I had previously bought at Bunnings.
Expectations not met, so walked away empty handed.
Later, I went to Bunnings to look at the Montgomery 57L and 80L Storage Containers with flip lid for $12 and $16. Very impressed with the quality, both the base and lid of the containers are reinforced so they should last.
Also half the price of the Tactix brand so I ended up buying 4 of the 57L containers. I expect that I will be going back for the 80L Storage Containers.
Definitely worth a look when you are next in Bunnings.

Have a thorough read of the attached links. I would be inclined to start by cleaning the Mass Air Flow sensor. Next step would be to remove and clean the O2 sensors

When all else fails, suggest that you go to a Toyota dealership and get them to use their diagnostic equipment to identify the underlying cause.

Just for the record, I gave the tyres on the Yaris a treatment today, Saturday 28.11.2020 . I just jacked up the car and applied the Aerospace 303 Protectant to the tread and sidewalls. It got about 4 hours to penetrate before the girlfriend needed to go out. Tyres looked as new which is what I expected for such a light car. I didn't bother with taking any tyre depth readings so will leave for next time.
Tyres on my Aurion have been impacted by wheel alignment being out of adjustment. Thinking of swapping the front tyres side to side and try and even out the unexpected wear on the outside edge of the passenger tyre. In the meantime, I have been giving the outside tyre wall and outer tread more of a regular tyre shine treatment.

Have a read of the following URL. You will have to consider whether the narrower width will result in a consequential difference in the bearing load.

I have to eat my words.
AutoBarn does have a worthwhile oil special.
Castrol Edge Titanium Syn 0W40 5L Dpf Diesel Engine Oil @ $19.99 {limit of 1 per customer, no rainchecks}

Repco has a few oils on special for Black Friday sales.
Not too much going compared to other big sales we've had.
I am thinking that this Black Friday Sale is mostly hype and little substance. Repco has continued with their catalogue sale as previously reported. Some good oils are @ 50% discount.
Checked SuperCheap Auto and AutoBarn but nothing much there in the way of oil specials.
I am not expecting any outstanding oil specials in December and maybe not until Australia Day 2021.

Being contrarian, instead of doing the Y pipe modification, I upgrade the central catalytic converter. Catalytic converter was not blocked and was in good condition following inspection after removal. Ended up being more of a change for change sake as it did not produce any obvious attributable benefits.

Shopping and browsing at my local Aldi Supermarket this evening.
Ended up buying a Workzone brand fluid transfer pump for $9.99

You can definitely see some of the styling cues from this Avalon and the latest gen Camry. I don't think our market is receptive enough to welcome another "sedan" car which is why they killed of the Avalon and now the Aurion and condensed it into one offering, The Camry with the V6 option. It will be very sad if they ditch the V6 in favour of a turbo 4. I really don't want a turbo car. I much prefer naturally aspirated V6 goodness and reliability.
I hope Toyota don't screw us this way.
We can only hope that sales of the new Camry V6 are sufficient to warrant continued availability.
I am more thinking that the Camry range could eventually be consolidated to just the Camry Hybrid model. Perhaps then, there would be consideration for the Avalon Hybrid model.
Toyota is developing a new V6 turbo engine to replace the V8 so I am dreaming that that engine will become available in a sedan.

I immediately thought of heavy duty King Springs. Unfortunately, looks like only standard height rear springs are available for your purposes.

I hope that solves the issue. Parts here are really expensive though.
Very good reason to thoroughly diagnose a problem for the underlying cause instead of just throwing parts and lots of $$$.
Time to get out a good magnifying glass to look for possible cracks in the coil pack, as suggested and/or do a diagnostic test.
In other vehicles, when there has been a coil pack issue, a Check Engine Light has appeared. A good idea to also do an OBD II scan looking for an stored error codes.
Something else to look for is vacuum leaks so check the hoses and their connections.

Welcome to the Forum.
It pays to read the Owners manuals even though we do not do it often enough.
Recommend always fitting quality known brand tyres. Same goes for using a quality full synthetic engine oil and other fluids.
Check your Owners manual to confirm that the recommended oil viscosity is 5W-30 [as per an internet search].
Regular oil and filter changes are a must. As a guideline, think about an oil change every 5-7.5K or 3-6months depending upon your driving conditions.

Motorcycles are king of the road. My old ZX9R Ninja was a pretty quick bike and I had many like yourself who would want to test me. They all lost Royally 🤣
It is the power to weight ratio. Bit of fun doing some different Google searches.
Never been a "temporary Australian" but I did enjoy watching this video.

Tried racing a Ducati diavel, & got the jump on him from the lights, managed to fend him off till 70kph, then he blew past me like I was nothing. Google the bike when I got home & realized why..... 120kw = 200kg weight 😂 sounded quite nice too, very unique
Very naughty. Xmas is coming so be good. At least that Ducati could not have been a potential unmarked police vehicle.
