Yeah it's mostly slugish when i floor it while still rolling, from a stop its usaully aggressive but sometimes if I slam the accelerator too quick (from a stop) my front tyres loose traction and the car shudders real bad for a couple seconds. Does this happen to anyone else? should it be loosing traction so easily ?

So HID fogs are illegal? How else can I get yellow lights? ive got 8000k low beams, although I wish I got 5-6000k. Prob change it later. Fingers crossed no prob with the cops yet. Does it carry a fine or just a warning to change it

Are yellow fog lights nice or ugly? opinions? thinking of installing 3000k HIDs

Thanks Trent, Just another quick question... When i floor the car it doesn't always get a big kick of power, sometimes just accelerates at a steady pace, car still speeds up just not with the power that it should...this is about 50/50 sometimes has power sometimes doesn't its weird... is it the transmission not selecting proper gear or some engine issues, lifters etc..? Anyone else experience this.

today I drove my accord euro after a few weeks of driving the aurion and I realised how much better it feels compared to aurion. About the only thing the aurion has over the euro is more power but Handles like a trolley and boring interior. im trying to find some cheap interior mods to make it a bit less boring on the inside. any ideas ?

you guys think it will look good on a gold aurion?

I'm thinking hopefuly it's the inner cv joint/drive shaft. As it is leaking grease. That might also explain the clunk I hear at acceleration ... is this plausible

No lights came up that was the first thing I looked for straight after that happened coz it scared the crap outa me thought the car was gona just die on the road, and not sure but I don't think I lost traction...

Hi guys i was driving earlier and stopped at red light everything was ok then went to accelerate and this massive shudder happened like as if car kept getting stuck then go stuck then go quickly could hear the loud noise and the whole shook with it as well as steering wheel. Lasted only about 3-4 seconds then disappeared and didn't happen again. I'm scared... Is my transmission showing signs of its near death?! :'(

Thanks, feel better now knowing its normal. about the clunk getting pedders to check it out then try fix under warranty as for vvti line trying to find a way to convince Toyota to replace it...

How do I get Toyota to replace the oil lines they keep telling me they won't replace unless it's actually leaking. I don't feel safe driving knowing it can burst any second...

My driving conditions didn't change... Maybe next tank I'll try 98 again see what happens. which is the best 98 vpower or ultimate? @Gdude does Toyota use mineral :o !? I feel ripped off paying $220 for a mineral service!

Something weird happened with me ...I was running 98 octane at first had average of 13-14/100km. Thought I'll switch to 91 and now reading goes from 8-10/100km!!! I thought 98 octane has higher mileage? anyone else experience this??

the recirculate mode worked! but is it normal for heat to come from the engine? Do you experience the same. just worried nothing is overheating or leaking. Temp gauge is on normal though and no warning lights.

It's open air I think 2. Toyota said a few things, drive shaft, ball joints and whole suspension (I think they blowing outtheir *****) Also going to get pedders opinion 3. I thought so as well but the guy kept saying it's not a recall but we fix for free if it fails

Hi guys im new here just bought a second hand 07 aurion sx6 147k on clock and worried about a few things 1. Slight Heat blows from vents when quick acceleration even though fan is switched off, once it fogged my windscreen slightly 2. Can hear and feel a clunk in steering wheel 3. Vvti oil line looks like slight leak but toyota said nothing wrong and wont replace until actually burst does anyone have any advise or similar situation and can help and are there any other problems to look for before my warranty runs out
