Check the selenoid valve of retaine fuel

Hi ,my land cruiser 4.5 model 2000 petrol when i use the main tank and the sub is empty i notice that the fuel in the main decrease quickly and then when i change to the sub i saw the tank is full wile it was empty !!!!!!
