  1. Anyone able to advise on this? Surely there's someone who's attempted to replace their steering wheel? :)
  2. The service books for the 50-series is 15,000 intervals - surely if Sludge is an issue, Toyota would recommend servicing every 10,000kms? I've always had my cars serviced every 6-8 months, I tend to drive 15,000kms within that time period, so slightly above average.
  3. I find in my 2013 AT-X, as soon as the needle goes to around the 1/4 mark, it takes around 40-43L to fill back up to full. (Edit : Just re-read your post and you have the 2015 AT-X - presumably with the updated instrument cluster - I have the 50-series MkI AT-X) I did a long-ish trip, around 550kms and the needle, was at 1/4, I filled up 40L which is pretty good economy. I used to run my old 1994 Honda Accord to dry every tank, and the fuel pump eventually gave in. Since then, I've owned a 2003 Holden Commodore and 2008 Ford Falcon both on LPG/Dual and never have let the tank go below 1/4 - I'm sticking with that.
  4. Thanks for that, have looked at a couple of videos and seems fairly straight forward, however would still prefer to have someone else more experienced do the changeover especially as the airbag is involved. Found a 50-series Presara wheel, however it has the little voice command button on the right of the wheel (with the phone controls), obviously as I have an AT-X it wouldn't function, but would a simple swapover work, and have all the other controls working as per normal?
  5. Hi All I have a 2013 50-series Aurion AT-X and I'm potentially looking to replace the regular vinyl steering wheel with a Leather wrapped steering wheel. Just wondering about the cost to have it installed - and if anyone recommends anyone in the eastern Melbourne area for installation. I've found a few on eBay for around 170-200, or alternatively wreckers may be a better option and they may offer installation services? I'd do it myself but I'm not 100% confident, as there is dealing with the airbag involved. Thanks in advance!
