My 2009 KXR AWD has now done 80K and is still on its original brake pads. My driving is mostly city, but I am easy on the brakes. Not happy with Toyota charging $950 for the 80K service though & that was a reduced price. Regards Hummel

Hi Huy Mine is older so it does not have them, but they are meant to be on all the time, my wife's new Honda has them too & there is no provision for turning them off. Regards Hummel
