I visited my dealer John Cole Toyota in Atherton North Queensland for our 1000 km check on 18/06/2024 on our 2024 Hilux SR, Stock No: 11607239
I had 2 questions about the multimedia screen which I am not fully satisfied with the answers from them. I emailed Toyota Customer Service and were told to go back to the dealer
In the 2nd section of the Navigation and Multimedia System Owner’s Manual which applies to my model, Page 28 in the 2nd section, I cannot customize the screen or change the layout to where “audio “and “phone” are in the ¼ size boxes and eco in the half size. Basically, the “audio” word is not highlighted and cannot be selected.
On page 56, the “auto change to screen” is missing from my screen, so cannot be selected.
My previous 2016 Hilux 410 WPV had both these features on the screen.
Can these head units be updated to show these features as outlined in the manual?
