    Thanks but it is the water pump for the intercooler that is not getting power.

    Can anyone help? my 91 celica,s engine light is on. I have checked the diagnostic code it is 54 ,the turbo intercooler . I have checked the level switch its OK. I checked the pump it's ok. The pump is not getting power. Cannot find any blown fuses?
