It happened to me last friday night - 2008 Kluger - thankfully in a public carpark not far from home. Toyota have replaced the part "under warranty". Thankfully I had it towed to the Toyota Dealership as I normally get it serviced at AutoMasters and would no doubt have been slugged for the experience.
