Problem solved... pistons slap noise.....cars affected 2006- 2007.......there are a lot of them..... needs a new engine block..... I am gonna buy a second hand engine with low km... is the best price option..... -
Hi I have a Camry 2007 with noise in the top of the engine... The noise lasts for 5-10 min after starting the car and after that the noise stops or is less. The loud noise started when winter started. Before winter was just a bit. I changed the oil, 5w30, I added tappets quieter... nothing... I also checked the camshafts, are all right. Engine is clean under rocker cover, has been serviced regularly . Can someone had the same problem and how he fixed it? Thank you so much.
