has anyone come across any lift kit for a Kluger 2009?

Hi all, recently bought a used Kluger Grande 2009 and was wondering if I can make a few off-road additions like elevated suspension lift kits and tyre / wheels upsize, winch and Towbars. I’ve been hearing that there are no products around for this car. Has anyone got a diff answer? If yes, pls send photos to check too.
