Interesting that you note these points - I have an SX6 (blue too!) and at times I have noted a smell coming from the Aircon. Some times its so bad that I thought a possum had crawled into the engine... And I haven't noticed it being very cold. As you say, it takes ages to bring the temp down. Now it's only the start of summer so I think it will get worse. However, I do not think that this is specific to your car - maybe its is all SX6 or all Aurions. What's everyone else's take? Chris.

Snap - I have a Caribbean Blue SX6 too! Only done 1,000Kms though as we only bought it a few weeks back. I'd REALLY like the how to guide on "Accessory Power - Ive installed a Phone charger, Navman, and 3.5mm jack (what you would use for an Ipod for example) and all the cables are hidden.". It would be great if you could post that.... Cheers

Get the car today (20 Jul), actually the dealer fitted and painted the rear spoiler - The first car arrived on 2 Jul but due to paper work I have to wait for this one - I don't know how they did it (my Vienta Grande also has rear spoiler) - I can only show outside, can not show inside. One thing I don't really like: both brake lights on. I may ask them disconnect the old brake light when first service comes. I have an SX6, but couldn't find the extra $15K for the Presara. One point, and I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but why silver? That's got to be the least impressive of all the Aurion colours and there are so many silver cars on the road. Why not a cool as anything black?

I have an SX6 Aurion (no sat nav, Bluetooth or iPod dock sadly), so I want to know if there is any way that it is possible to adapt it to play MP3s? I know you can plug your iPod into an iTrip that broadcasts to the radio or you can save MP3s to a CD and play them that way (so 1990's) but have any of you bought a hard drive and connected it to the radio somehow? THat way, you can dump all your MP3s onto that and play all your life's music as you drive.... Or maybe there is a way to plug an iPod directly into the audio system and play that way. Hope someone has done something like this and can comment (no Presara smarty-pants iPod dockers need apply).... Wa Wa Weeeee Veery Naaaaice.

Yes - the skirt. Its quite a small skirt at the front. Anyone know how much they are to replace? Well, when we replaced ours after the "incident" (Weight sets don't go to well near cars) it costed the bloke who did it $140. Now the whole front of it is 1 part (the coloured parts and the fog light protectors are all 1 part,only on the sport models though) This price was at wholesale price to, unpainted. So you be looking at prob over $300, really not worth it. We have been quoted $100 for a scrape and spray from Toyota, so going to do that. Although its a fairly small few scratches, it breaks my heart when I look at it so I have to get it done!

Bought a new Aurion Sportivo SX6 in Caribbean Blue from Chatswood Toyota. Do you think I got a good deal - $35,500 with a full tank of petrol and metallic paint? Picking it up this arvo - will post a pic or two here later...
