Hey I have a rav4 cruiser 2014. Bluetooth worked. Next day bluetooth didnt work(bluetooth options gone from multi media screen). An icon with a mobile phone and a red line through it is constantly at top of media screen and no bluetooth options and cant connect any phones. I have tried holding down apps button turning the lights on and off 3 times, initiating personalised data from service screen but that fix has not worked? Any ideas? Thanks
