Interesting reading above which has turned into a very frustrating issue for me, I took my Toyota Truck 2013 to have a service, got it back and was told "um your SD Card wasn't in the Headunit" i said OH YES IT WAS! argued that someone in the workshop has removed it, denials all round 😞 . The above message is on the stereo screen as in "Tommyd' post" . Got home and found that for some reason the battery had been disconnected??? because the clock was out by over an hour, I think this is what someone in the workshop has done??
