I just changed the cruise control stalk in my 2008 Toyota Kluger and it’s still not working also it has been scanned and all the codes are clear so I’m just wondering if anyone else would have any ideas what could be wrong with it

I’ve got a 2008 Toyota Kluger cruise control is not working I have replaced the cruise control stalk and it’s still not working any other ideas what it could be I’ve checked the fuses and brake pedal switch is working fine it’s not bringing anything up on the codes when scanned.
