I am currently having exactly the same issue with my 2008 Prado Grande in Pearl White. Started off with a few crack but over the last couple of weeks large areas of the paint are peeling. Drivers door and rear panel on both sides, rear tailgate and front quarter panel. Known issue with this paint worldwide with Toyota coming to the party with respray in other countries. I'm taking mine to Toyota when I get a chance, not that I'm expecting much as car is now 12 years old.
