Sonicrendezvous

I have a ‘95 Camry, 4 cyl, 4 speed Manual. Battery went flat, couldn’t unlock the car, had to smash rear door 1/4 window to get in. Alarm would go off every time I tried to opened the door. No remote when I purchased the car. Battery won’t accept charge from battery pack, so I can’t start the car. Should I disable the inhibitor, or just get a new battery, & will that help start the car?
