Hello everyone,
I am new to this forum and would like some help in purchasing a short shifter for my corolla. I own a 2002 Toyota Corolla Levin ZZE122. To my knowledge, the only short shifters available for my car are from the US. I am stuck between 2 different shifters, as MWR have a short shifter for 98-02 corolla which is the 8th gen but includes my year, whereas there is also an 03-08 shifter available which is the year bracket for my generation car. I would like to know if I should purchase the shifter for 2002 which is grouped in the previous generation or simply purchase the 03-08 shifter as that is the correct generation for my car. Would even be better if the shifters were just identical.
