USB player keeps restarting to first song on stick

Is anyone going to respond to the above? I have had the same issue for years and still cannot find a resolution. I tried different USB sticks, different songs etc and same issue and always restarts the very first song again whenever you start the van. It needs to resume and continue especially when the Van is a 2015 model.
