  1. Does anyone know anything about Performance Chips? They claim 40-60hp for $300
  2. No I've never heard a squeak coming from the wheel with an over tightened nut. I'll take your word for it. If it was essential cars would come with a torque wrench for changing wheels. In an ideal world a torque wrench would be most accurate but like I said the length of the tyre iron is proportional to the torque requirement. Low torque, short tyre iron. Higher torque longer tyre iron. Telling people they need a Torque wrench to change a tyre is incorrect.
  3. I use a torque wrench everyday and 103nm sounds low. Not saying it isn't correct. I just use the tyre iron and tighten as tight as I can. They make the length of the tyre iron proportional to the required torque. That's why they're not very long. You'd probably only be able to get between 100-150nm from the provided tyre iron. Probably more importantly is using a torque sequence.
  4. 2014 Toyota Aurion Sportivo ZR6 I've found a performance chip in America for the V6 Camry of the same year. From experience I know they both have the same engine and the chip will be compatible. Has anyone installed one or know anyone who has? It claims to give 40-60hp for $300
  5. 2014 Toyota Aurion Sportivo ZR6 Hey guys my digital radio stations have disappeared it seems due to battery disconnection. I've clicked the scan button in the digital radio mode but nothing comes up. I read the manual and it doesn't have anything on the digital radio in the radio section. Can anyone help me please.
  6. Was it difficult to get the modifications approved at inspection to conform with modification regulations for insurance. I thought I read somewhere the mods can't increase the original engine output by more than 25%. But that could of been classified as "simple modification" which doesn't need a engineers certificate.
  7. Before and after pics of K&N Cold air intake fitted to my 2014 ZR6. Definitely worth the money. Sounds the same until you put your foot down then it sounds awesome with noticeable hp gain. Approximately 7hp is claimed by the supplier. Easy to install by watching YouTube video.
  8. I installed the K&N cold air intake. Well worth the money. Sounds normal unless you put your foot down. Definitely has increased the hp. Installed it myself after watching a YouTube video. Before and after pics.
