congrats on purchasing the navigator, but seriously since when do NOKIA start making maps..... I think the only way to upgrade is to pay. just be careful when using the incar charger thru the cigarette plug (their not designed for charging), worse thing that can happen is blow out a fuse (happened to me once). -
get platinum, as they last longer (80,000-100,000km) so even though you're paying abit more for the product, @ the end you'll end up paying less.

lol.....there are hundreds of dealerships in sydney! i guess you just have to look around yourself and compare them yourself. Im guessing if you look somewhere South of sydney, the price there should be cheaper, not much. what type of transmission are you planning to get? also how many door?

last time when i when i went to wollongong, travelled 120kph all the way. going there was abit windy (The Echo, weighing only 850kg + myself) , driving it straigiht was pretty hard. But once I got items in the trunk (weighing more than 40kg) it handles abit better @ high speed.

yeah sounds pretty good to me, especially considering you got the optional safety pack. that itself it an extra $750.

I travel quite alot everyday on my the echo, cabin noise can be noise on the highways, but fuel consumption is great! if you're doing alot of talking while driving then you might consider getting a different car. LOL... but if you put some sound deadener on the wheel arches it should keep it down abit.

last friday I went and saw Cloverfield with my brothers... and 30mins into the movie I walked out! (got a full refund) I got sick (dizzy) within the first 5mins of the movie. So yeah if you guys haven't seen the movie and easily get dizzy (or motion sickness) would not recommend you seeing on the BIG SCREEN! just wait till comes out on dvd and watch it on a small tv :D

yeah you can add it later, my friend asked and according to the Toyota Sales Rep, it would take a month to do it. So it's $600 + 1 month of no car.

thats ok, you can add it yourself. The Optional Safety Pack is $600. But really its worth investing in the safety pack, especially for a small car. Other than that the stock YRX looks hot!

the yaris has a high reselling price at the moment. If I was in your position I would definitely get the YRX, looks better/sportier and has more features. I'm swapping my car with the yaris this year...hopefully after my birthday! :D

Pop-a-dent is good too, I bought them 2wks ago from eBay.com value for money and its only $30aud approx.
