OK, I have tryed BP Ultimate, and Shell V-Power. I am now using Shell V-Power Racing and can definately feel the difference, much smoother and has a better pick up on excelleration, but let me tell you, you are paying for it. When I went to fill up three days ago, Shell V-Power Racing was at $1.54. I found BP Ultimate to be better than Shell V-Power, but without a doubt V-Power Racing to be the best(mainly city driving). Yet to try Vortex and Mobil.

Andrew, I know exactly how you feel, when i went to buy my Aurion I had my mind set on the Gold ZR6 then when I went there to order it there was a black one in the showroom ready to go. It looked fantastic and I was sooooo close to buying it right then and there until I starting looking at other black car and how easiler they get dirty. I have friends that have black cars and have pre-warned me not to get a black car. It show dust, scratched and not to forget those little bugs that leave those little yellow sh!ts on your car, which by the way the gold hides very nicely. So I eventually waited for the Gold and love it, it also hides dirt and dust very well, but that is still not to say I don't wash it every weekend. At least for the first few months, eventually I'll get over that and wash it once every couple of months.

Hi, don't know if anyone has done a test yet but I would be interested to know what Aurion owners are using to get best performance and km for their fuel. Shell V-Power? BP Ultimate? Caltex Vortex 98? Mobil Synergy 8000? Other?

OK after a grueling 2 months wait yesturday I picked up my Gold Aurion ZR6 with tints, mats and bluetooth and all I can say is I'm loving it, loving it, loving it!!!. I have taken a couple of friends from work for a drive in it and Toyota can expect another two customers. Also took a friend who owns a new Volvo, sorry don't know what model, but will also be trading that in for the Aurion. It is better than I expected and I expected alot. Thank you Toyota! Nice, congrats. I bet it was worth the wait. Whats involved with the bluetooth option? My dealer didn't mention it to me when i ordered mine. Is it itegrated into the stereo, or is it a separate component? Post a pic of it if you can. Thanks. Thanks "DKzr6", it was definately worth the wait. As for the bluetooth, it is a separate component but it is itegrated into the stereo. The button to answer the phone is situated next to the button for the reverse sensors and the mic sits just on top of the stering column (hardly noticable). The voice comes out of the radio/cd player on the left hand speakers. I don't know why it doesn't come out of all the speaker but they told me thats the only way it works. I have tested and used it and it works fine. Nice. I like the setup Bluetooth is definately an option i would have purchased if the dealer told me about it. Do you mind if a ask how much the blue tooth option cost? Well I get a pretty good deal because my brother-in-law works for toyota, but I asked him how much it would be getting it from toyota and RRP is around $300 installed. Another option could be to install it yourself, it fits in any toyota models 2004 up. just plugs straight into the stereo, you would save on the installation fee. That's geat news "Canooch" I'm glad you love it. Mind you i'd be very suprised to learn of anyone who didn't fall in love with a new Aurion no matter what the model. What say all us Sydney Aurion owners hook up some time and go for a Sunday drive someplace where our wives/partners won't think its all about the cars? (which it will be of course) No worries, I'm there just name the time and place, any excuse to take it out for drive is fine by me.

Love the interior, seats look awesome

I know! you would think that it would be a bit quicker than that. You would expect the long wait if it was coming from overseas, but I hear they are giving preference to fleet and exported cars first, maybe thats why the wait, who knows, JUST GIVE ME MY CAR!

yeh i waited 2 months for gold zr6. worth the wait though. youll love it from performance to interior and that sexy looks. what color did u order? I ordered a Gold one, I did like the black but maintenance on a black car is just too much, silver was a bit too common as there are alot of silver cars on the road at the moment. The only thing that worried me was the resale value but seeing the Gold was the advertised colour of the car I didn't think it would be too bad, plus I love the Gold, each to their own I guess. The only down side was they said I had to wait for it to be built from the Altona Plant in Melbourne. I was a bit upset when they told me I had to wait 3 months for it because they had a black one on the floor and it was very tempting. So I opted to wait for the GOLD, but now it's killing me and it's only been 3 weeks! same thing happened to me. a black zr6 was available but for gold zr6 i had to wait close to 3 months. Saw the black and disliked it. Even though my last 3 cars were all black, didnt mean i was sick of it. Its just that i didnt like the black on the aurion. So i went with the gold which i love. Dont you worry. 3 weeks is nothing. Dont think about it and that time will come. You will love the gold. Best color for it i bet. Ok it has now so far been a month, I have just told them to add Tints(30%) to it, only cost me $200 so I thought why not. thinking about putting 18's or 19's on it but i guess that can wait. My brother-in-law works in the accessories department @ Toyota where the cars go once they have come in from the factory for the final touch ups. He tells me he hasn't seen mine on the computer yet but once he does it is usually two weeks from then that it is ready. i am hoping to get it before the October long weekend, as I will be heading up to Hunter Valley for the break and it would be nice to take it there for the drive. Can everyone please stop showing photo's of their cars, it makes the wait so much longer :( lol i was you back 5 months ago. what can you do bro, they say if you love a rose, you gotta get rid of its pricks first. :) lol, I like that Ok I just got the phone call the car will be ready to pick up on 07/09/07, thats only 3 weeks away!, So really it only took about 2 months, well thats not confirmed yet, but from what they tell me. Now all I need is the money to pay for it

Hello everyone and anyone, I just order an Aurion Gold ZR6 about 3 weeks ago, they told me it will take about 3 MONTHS! till it comes in. Just wanted to know if anyone else waited this long or is 3 months the maximum amount of time I'll have to wait for it?? Also I saw somewhere on another topic/discussion that you could keep track of where your ordered car was up too, can someone tell me how to do that? And finally how is everyone else finding their own Aurion at the moment, I have only seen about 2 or 3 on the road??
