Thanks for reply,from what I can tell a third of door is blank,if you cut out Place for power board you could possibly make some tabs that are from the original sheet.As you say i.did wonder about the integrity of door.

I have a 76 and on the right hand barn door considering wiring in a Kings power board wondering if any one has tried this. I was wondering if recessing it into the door itself, it appears you would have to cut some sheetmetal and obviously cut door card. If you cut sheetmetal would it affect the doors integrity. I think it would be a convenient place and save space. Any suggestions. Gary Chapman
