Camry belt will almost certainly fit - but almost certainly as unobtainable. I had to replace a seat belt for a roadworthy on my '05 Camry Sportivo -- after zero success finding one, I took the whole SRS/reel assembly to Seatbelt King in Braeside, Victoria who made it good as new while I waited (about 30 minutes). I'm sure you'll be able to find a similar service closer to you - if not, worst case is you could post it to Seatbelt King.
