  1. 1. I spent almost 3 yrs, ofcoz i have already tried all possible ways to demo it. However, I am just one of unlucky person. 2. I don't agree I am just one of minor flaws. By using statistic to calculate it, if it's only 1-2% of flaws, then how many cars will be affected? 3. Ofcoz I like my Aurion, otherwise I won't pay 37k for it. However, I learnt DON'T EXPECT too much in this case. Some flaws also happen on my GF's 09 Corolla. I am not going to address it at here again. 4. Despite the price of Aurion, customers do believe they pay their money for value. At least I haven't seen "Value". Moreover, I am not rich. I pay 37k out right when I was only 25. This car spend almost my savings! Ofcoz it wont break the bank, it break my life. Another heartbreak...>.<..If your salary level is around 75K p/a before tax, you probably need to save really..really hard for nearly 2 years to get 37K in CASH.
  2. Hi All, Just wondering, how do you guys feel about the Quality of the Aurion? Mine is like rubbish. If I have a choice, I really want to send my car back to Toyota's AUS headquarter office. My Aurion got problems with Dashboard Rattled, Squeeze Sound from Air Con panel when accelerate, Steering Wheel Cracked Sound, Clicking Sound from both Rear Window and rear speaker, and Air Con turn on by itself. Yeah~! It seems I got all Aurion "COMMON" problems on my 07 Aurion. Recall one of Toyota's dealer service staff said I am just "UNLUCKY"~!? Yes~! million of Toyota's cars were built worldwide and I am just one of them to be UNLUCKY? Well, I think should buy some Lotteries to prove my "UNLUCKY". Moreover, every time I sent my car to Toyota dealer, they said they can't hear or found these problems. Maybe they are deaf or there must be something wrong with my ears. Now I treat their office like my kitchen. Image how often I went to their dealer's service office. By the way, can't they find someone to clean their cafe machine? It's so.....dirty! Now my 3 yrs new car warranty is going to expire at the end of Jun 10. I wonder Can they really fix these problems before it expire? I don't think so. I really don't understand what does the QUALITY and CUSTOMER mean to them??
  3. I never get this problem fixed by Toyota dealer. All I can say is that AUS made Aurion is really a rubbish car. My Aurion got problems with Dashboard Rattled, Squeeze Sound from Air Con panel when accelerate, Steering Wheel Cracked Sound, Clicking Sound from both Rear Window and rear speaker, and Air Con turn on by itself. Moreover, every time I sent my car to Toyota dealer, they said they can't hear or found these problems. Maybe they are deaf or there must be something wrong with my ears. 4. Sanz, read this.. If u cant afford labour, then might as well DIY.. 'Lazy' is for the rich people, and mayb, u r? then why bother the few extra $ for a PROPER job done <_< He didnt even state which part of aus he is in.. too lazy or dont bother? haha..ok...i am in Sydney... i just feel it will be better, if i can get someon who really knows how to install. To be honest, i really dont understand the cars, such as wire things. Finally, i am a little poor guy. Therefore, i would rather pay extra labour to ensure non damage will be suffered during the installation. Damage=more money will be needed to fix Cheers
  5. haha...ofcoz i know nothing is for free. Ryda is going to charge me 1300 for GPS unit and labour....so i would prepare to pay around 1100, if anyone would like to help... BUT~~one thing to keep in mind~~~~You must know how to install
  6. Well...anyone can help me to get one and install it for me?? I can pay for him...Sorry....i am lazy~~
  7. check this out. They are the Toyota A/C supplier. http://www.denso.com.au/products/aftermark...car_a_c_systems
  8. Well get a Eclipse AVN6000 then. any website or futher info can be given?
  9. elsewhere? um...anyone has any other suggestion, if i dont get the GPS unit from Ryda and AUSPACK. i have spent at least 6 weeks on this and get nothing.... T.T'''...crying...
  10. i just came back from Ryda today. They said their current GPS unit is only design for current Camry and is not compatible to Aurion. Moreover, they also stated the model for Aurion is coming up between 3-4 weeks.
  11. I think the Auspacks unit gained a little more popularity here because once one person got it and was satisfied, the rest followed. On top of that, the Auspacks unit includes a reversing camera in the package and has a built-in TV tuner (good at the time, will be useless soon). I hadn't even heard of Ryda until you mentioned it. well..lets wait and see untill someone jump out and say he/she got one install from Ryda and it works on Aurion~!
  12. yup..i understand but i can't see anyone who has installed Ryda's GPS unit. I saw there are couple of forums discussing the AUSPACK GPS unit, except Ryda's. it seems Ryda is not popular here...
  13. so you think, it will work on my Aurion? OMG~~i am going to take my own risk...T.T
  14. thanks mate~! however, they called manufacture and said it won't fit. i am confusing now. we know current camry and aurion share the same shape, however, do they share the same wires(connection)? i dont want to buy it before i install it. Ryda wont accept returs, because it has been intalled. so anyone help~~ha...
  15. does anyone have their GPS unit intall by Ryda?? The following link is the GPS unit which is currently selling by Ryda. However, the staff from Ryda said it only works on Camry!! http://www.ryda.com.au/Polaris-Toyota-Camr...m-p/pid30sw.htm I just wondering has anyone installed exactly the same unit on their Aurion? and does it work on Aurion???? Help please
  16. they look good, day pic would be good if possible, and are ya happy with the install & product? yup..it looks exactly the same as original fog light and works ok on my Aurion. So i am 100% satisfied Flying Pig is it possible to PM me his details so i can organize the parts & delivery to Melbourne or is it thru you?the price seems fine and they look soooo swish i want some. hi pls refer to the following website for details. i was trying to call him just now, however, he didnt answer. 17. they look good, day pic would be good if possible, and are ya happy with the install & product? yup..it looks exactly the same as original fog light and works ok on my Aurion. So i am 100% satisfied
  18. i paid $310 whcih include material and labout cost. Just see how many people want it. i can contact him for block buying which should be cheaper.
  19. hi guys, here is my fog light pic. Sorry...its a bit dark. i took these pic after work. hopefully its clear enough to see.
  20. That's the same issue I want to have things as much to factory spec as possible so if I regret something I can easily reverse it. i will upload my fog light pic tomo night
  21. is that including the molding around the fog lights? I wouldn't bother until I can get the popper molding to make it look 100% authentic. I've seen some of them bling lights without it and it looks tacky. Yup...The fog light cover originally from Toyota parts centre. So you dont have to worry it will look tacky. it looks exactly the same as orignal fog lights, except the (ON/OFF) switch. You can leave your mobile or email to me privately, i can send you the photo
  22. i know a man can do it for $310. and he can simple go to your home to install it, if you live near his town. it will take appx 1.5 to 2 hours to complete the job. Is the person in Brisbane? I am looking at Fog Lights as well. Let me know. Thanks mate. sorry mate, he is in Sydney. However, i can ask him whether he can post parts to you. Then you only got one thing to do is find your local workshop to do it for you. They shouldnt charge more then $100 for labour. Morover, the fog light units will only cost you around 200. its still cheap
