Hi guys I have an old 1977 Classic Toyota Hiace Poptop Camper that I don't use and looking to sell perhaps.
Stripped out interior & rebuilt everything myself during lockdown - removed LPG tanker too for more space less weight and solely petrol engine.
Replaced the engine with a much better 2nd hand one last year + brand new custom radiator & fittings in engine. Spent 5k on refurb. Dual battery system.
Currently it just needs some love to get it back to how it was a year ago. Vacuuming / wood polish / rust treatment / few fixes (new wing mirror/radio) - & adding equipment yourself (cooker/gas/solar/inverter etc) - it still has a Waeco 40L fridge in it that fits in the custom draw.
It has all custom made cushions ready for sleeping & curtains & floating table feature.
This is definitely for someone who loves fixer uppers, has a bit of money to spend on it, & enjoys restoring old beauties. The engine is sound, just all the things that will make it look great once again need doing!
It is based in Broome WA - so freight is another thing, probably more suited to collectors in Perth.
