awesome, ill sign up at newcelica.org - thanks :D and no, im not from Melbourne, im from Newcastle in NSW
  2. This forum seems a little deviod of australian celica entusiats - i was just wondering is there a different forum where you all get your celica fix? I've signed up for Ozcelica, however, the forum admin needs to "approve" my account.... and he/she seems to be afk (for the past few weeks). so, where do you all go to chat about your celica?

    Hi!

uhhh.... PFC? Living it up in Newcastle in NSW at the moment. I'm hoping to eventually meet up with other celica owners in the area. yeah thats why i dont have one.. eveything i've seen has been auto... but given that i'm a Gen 5 SX owner.. a Gen 7 SX would sh|t me... I needs me a sun roof.. i think i'm referring to the ZR models Yeah, I agree, a sunroof would have been great. The unfortunate thing is that (like in my previous celica) there is leaking problems and rust problems with the sunroof (well, thats what I have been reading). And also, I couldn't find any ZRs in my price range with the same or similar condition to this SX that I have now.

    Hi!

manual of course. i absolutly love driving it. I've driven an assortment of luxury and highpowered cars inculding mercs and bmws and i honestly believe this is the best drive ive ever had. Just about everything is awesome... my only complaint is the torque low down... but then again, you cant have everything.

    Hi!

Hey guys and gals Thought i might drop in and say hi and introduce myself. As of last month I am the proud owner of a 00' Celica SX I previously owned a silver/gun metal grey 89' celica SX (series 4). Which unfortunatly had the oil pump seize up and throw the timing belt, and as a result it is no longer in my care. The damage to the engine ontop of repair costs and other things going wrong with the car (shockies needed replacing, sunroof was rusted and begining to leak, electronics in the car were starting to go) meant that letting go of the car was the sensible thing to do. (i tried to find some photos but i cant seem to source them at the moment) Anyway, I look forward to becoming a posting member of your community and when i finally start getting some propper money rolling in (im finishing my degree at the moment) ill be putting up some worklogs. Regards.
