Toyocapers

Hi Have a hzj75 with a speedometer issue I've never had before. Upon starting the vehicle and accelerating the indicator needle on the speedo goes crazy and moves around to max speed and just stays there. Have put a new cable, gear drive and another dash cluster ...no changes. Anybody else have this problem? Any suggestions what else to look at? Cheers
