  1. Has anyone got an electronic version of the workshop manual for a 2007-2008 Corolla Sedan. Sure would appreciate if someone could host the workshop manual and reply with an active link. Thanks
  2. I think it would be a great help if you could host a permanent folder under each car forum (e.g. Corolla) for Workshop Manuals. Subfolders under the Workshop Manual could relate to model year (e.g. 2002 - 2007). This would greatly assist all.
  3. Is yours a sedan and a 152? I find I can push on top of the dash or on the silver trim around the stereo and voila.....squeeks!
  4. those rev knobs are pretty useful, although ive only ever noticed them in my old landcruiser bundera (1985)... i never noticed it in any newer cars (ie- not in my parents 100 series landcruiser, or my 1zz). am i wrong on that? does the 1zz/2zz have these knobs? I don't believe the idle speed can be controlled at all - set in the EMU. High idel could be as a result of another fault such as vacuum loss somewhere. Best to take the car back to the dealer!
  5. High idle is normal when the car is cold. There are 2 components. One for engine and one for aircon. If you start up the car with aircon engaged, yes it will seem that the idle is high. As soon as you drive this should correct itself.
  6. I can't believe they didn't tell you they were going to put these "roby the robot" boxes on the rear doors!
  7. Anyone else had problems with noises coming from the dash?
  8. Nope....mine is an auto....the car does only makes the noise when it is warm or sun has been on the dash.....and I don't have an e-tag.....certain older e-tags send an annoying noise down the windscreen that seems to come from debing the dash.....it is definitely the silver trim
  9. No it is definitely the silver trim. If I push against the trim with a finger it makes the same noise. As I drive and go over bumps in the road a get that squeaking or perhaps better described as a sort of clicking noise. ZDrives me nuts. :(
  10. I have a new 2007 Corolla Sedan. There is an annoying squeak from the dash which I believe is coming from the silver trim around the radio, aircon/heater controls and vents. Anyone else had this issue?
