Hi, We purchased a new Rav 4 in May 2022 and it is a great car but the one problem we can't solve is the volume of the radio goes down by itself, Sometimes it comes back up by itself but not always. We took it to the dealer and they said it was because of the signals from the radio stations and there was not much they could do but we are listening to AM stations mainly . I know digital radio can have issues but I have NEVER had this problem with any previous car. Any thoughts? I suspect an antennae problem but all suggestions welcome. We live about 25km from the centre of Brisbane.
