Hey guys Have had my aurion for about 6 months and absolutely loving them however yesterday i ran into some trouble ...so i will start with my two questions 1) there was a mobile speed camera with flash on the opposite side of the road to me , can you get caught? 2) the aurion speed needle is quite thick so it would be awesome if someone could tell me when you are actually on sixty because the needle doesnt match up as it is to thick, so is it at the start of the needle or end of the needle that touches the "60" line, when you are travelling 60 3) Whats the innaccuracy of the aurion speeedometer vs actual speed....2-3 kmh? yes you can set a preference to avoid tollways if you want or choose alternative routes. thanks....how do i acces the preference list?

hey everyone Just picked up a brand new ZR6 in black today with moonroof and sat nav. Just wandering if the sat nav will give you the option to travel on citylink or not to thanks p.s the car is awesome!

Hey i order my new aurion zr6 about a week and a half ago and they said that it would be ready for pick up on April the 1st, are these delivery dates supplied by the dealer realiable or is the car likely to come after april 1st? thanks

Hey guys Went to buy the aurion today and the dealer told me it was an extra $2000 for the Kappa wheels which might i add look fairly nice and really set the car off. the $2000 does not include a credit for the wheels already fitted on the car, when i asked what happens to the wheels the dealer simply told me they are kept as spares for toyota. Is he lieing to me or whats the go because thats pretty unfair me paying for wheels which i dont get Also is there a way to trade the existing aurion wheels in to some place if i buy the car without kappa's and then decide i want the kappa wheels? thanks guys

its still always good to see exact speed lol they did it so that people like you dont look at it every 2 seconds and crash :D on a few of the old falcons they had the exact speed showing and the main reason i would want it to show the speed i am going in is that the aurion increases in lots of 20 eg 60-80 not in 10 which can be difficult to tell if ur just over 60 or alot over 60, hopefully should be putting in the order for the zr6 with sav nat and moon roof by end of next week !

wats the point of showing the average speed of the car for the duration of the trip ...much rather see the speed u r travelling at

hey all, just a few quickies in relation to the zr6 1) i was on the toyota website and looking at the aurion dash , it said it showed average speed, is that the average speed of the car for the duration of the trip or the current speed you are travelling at 2) i noticed that the aurion dash has increments of 20 eg 60-80 with 70 in the middle there for is it hard to tell if ur just over 60 or a lot over 60? thanks all

hey guys like i said in my previous things im so close to getting my aurion just a few things like , the sx6 is a fair bit cheaper than the zr6 and the features arnt all that different from each other so is it worth getting the sx6 ? whats everyones thoughts? thanks

i was under the impression that toyota was the most reliable car on the market, my dad bought a mitsibishi in 1997 and has given us constant problems but from what ive heard from everyone on this forum and other people in general toyota is generally a safe bet , are there any other major issues with toyota that i should be made aware of before i buy this car? thanks

thanks for that guys , with regards to the parking sensors how does it know when you are actually parking for example if you were on the roads and you were behind a car what stops it from going off, is there a switch or something?

hey guys im so close to buying the aurion zr6 just waiting on a few things , in the meantime just got a few questions 1) How do the parking sensors work on the zr6 , like do they beep when you get close to cars and stuff 2) with the sat nav unit do the maps include where fixed speed cameras are, whether to choose toll ways or no toll ways and can you use ur bluetooth phone when the car is in motion 3) whether the cd player reads mp3 4) how exactly does the triptronic gear shifting work i.e whed you go from d into the sports mode what gear does it go to 5) Lag when acceleration....is this a big problem and very noticable 6) black the best colour to get? And the major question Whats the major differences in driving between the fwd and rwd cars , what are the negatives and positives of fwd Thanks all
