  1. yeah, i'll write them a letter....might save myself $125 and 3 demerit points.....LOL
  2. just got done for 64km/h at a bottom of a hill a few weeks back....not happy Jan!!
  3. Guys, go and see Tony Nguyen @ Gary McMillan. He will beat any price other dealers give you. Just say Chris sent you. Sportivo's for under $27600. 2004 model cheers
  4. it's $310 in Vic, any colour in 6 letters
  5. non taken, just wasn't there in the conquest....
  6. they cost over $300 at a dealer but i if you want, you can buy "copies" for a fraction of that price, i would burn you a copy but i dont have sat nav in the new stivo, sold it with the conquest......
  7. the toyota maps are on dvd discs. therefore you can update them like you would Melways or Sydways or the like. It is easily burnt if you have dvd burner. they sit in the dvd rom underneath the passenger seat. the lastest units have a newer firmware in the dvd rom which has a new user interface(blue instead of brown) more like the bmw ones.
  8. the maps come on a dvd disc, you can burn as many as you want.....might not work on other systems though.........
  9. hey guys + gals, this might seem like a silly question but does the "fuel door" and the little triangle light up on your dash all the time?? just got my sportivo last week and just noticed that it never goes off even when the fuel door is open, nothing happens? is that normal?
  10. you can add me to the list as of this friday (when i pick up my car)....... 2004 RED stivi....vroomm vrrooommmm
  11. finaly i am a stivo owner, feel more part of the club now since most of you guys have stivos. Paid $27,500 driveaway with mats, bonnet and headlight protectors. 2004 model. If any of you guys out there looking to buy one, certain dealers are willing to go as low as $27,200 with no extras. cheers
  12. Lane Toyota (glen waverley) had the same deal on today (Sat 14 ) in the age for $24990 + on road cost which adds up to $27800 drive away. They have a Red one which is sold and a white one which is still avail. when i spoke to them last (2:30pm). Dididn't buy it as i wanted the red one :( The car is sep 2003 build but will be plated 2004 as it is not registered yet.....
  13. i think its worth the $$$ to have a proper car kit installed. like everything else in this world, you get what you pay for. i installed the nokia bluetooth myself and saved $120 in installation. only took 15 min. the hardest part was trying to figure out which wire was the mute wire on the factory deck (sat nav deck).......
  14. I think the guys name was Mark Rogers, he was nice to deal with but ultimately he had to run back and forth to the managers office to get the OK with his boss. I think i might wait untill the new face lifted sportivo arrives in May, there might be some good deals to get rid of the old stock...........
