I have a 1989 Liteace, 2Y-c 1800cc motor. over last 3-4 weeks engine has began running very rough and with a drastic loss of power. I've been working through all the usual stuff ... distributer, plugs, leads, compression test is great, ignition timing is good. I have been unable to get a workshop manual anywhere ... it is almost as like the cam timing has changed ... is it possible ... does anyone know if the 2Y motor uses a timing belt or a chain or a gear. Anyone else had a similar problem and if so what was your solution.
