Hi all, it's been a while!! Not much progress, just been collecting hard to get parts in new condition :D Anyways the reason I've stopped in is to try and get some fundraising happening. Howdy fella's, I've got me one of these for my daily (83 ST140 1.8Lt but basically the same). I think you have a 2S engine but I could be wrong... If it is a 2S you can go for the same thing I'm going to do to mine, swap for a beams 3SGE engine. Better value than trying to get any performance out of the stock engine. Will cost you about $2k for the engine, efi and ecu package (you will need to use your existing box because the beams 3sge is a fwd engine)but it's a strait bolt in swap. Will be about double the power :) Only thing I'm not 100% sure about yet is how you get the ecu to work with your old gearbox... but the box will bolt strait on (if you have an S engine in your car now). Oh and MA61 Supra rims ;)

I don't think I'll be able to make it, but will definitely try to get some $$ over.

Hi all, Posting for a member of Rollaclub: "if any of you watched the news on sunday/monday you would have seen the story about the two teens hit and killed by a drunk driver on marangaroo drv. It was bec and her bf. They were walking back to her 17th birthday party after walking to a shop. She was a good friend to some of my mates. Her family are struggling to come up with the money for the funeral so her big brother is holding a cruise. Its on sat 3rd oct, 7.30 at city west carpark. Leave at about 8-8.30 cost is $5 per car. It would be good if you could come down an help out, doesnt matter what you drive. Well the pic isn't my KE20, cos mine is in bits. But I'm looking at doing it up as a 4AGE powered Charity Bash car :D I'm thinking about keeping it the original blue colour, don't want to do another bare metal respray :P

This would be my pick... Drift King's (Keiichi Tsuchiya) favorite drift car of all time!! Might be a handful in the beginning (what with the 4AGZE you're installing ;) ) but better than outgrowing your car in a hurry.

I was a born and bred holden man before I got my first car. I inherited my sisters 85 Corolla. I thrashed the crap out of the thing and tried to kill it. I drove it with no oil. Drove it so hard one day that when I stopped the car dumped all the water out of the overflow until it was bone dry (and temp was off the gauge). Filled it back up and away she went :) I drove her around for another year (blowing a bit of smoke), then had her looked at.... head was cracked in 3 places. $800 and she was as good as new! It didn't matter what punishment I dished out to her she never stopped! (unlike the eb falcoon I got stuck with that lasted a couple of months) I had no choice but to ditch the family loyalties.... I'm now a proud TOYOTA MAN!! :D Edit: 2nd car: another 85 Corolla 3rd car: V8 Soarer :D 4th car: sisters old excel... got rid of it fast 5th car: 1967 KE10 Corolla 6th car: 1972 KE20 Corolla (the KE10 was getting lonely so I got her a friend)

Not sure, had to step away from it for a while... was hurting my head and wallet! :P Just brought a KE20 to add to the collection :D Needs a bit of work, but it isn't getting the same bare metal treatment as the 10, not going there again!
