How did you like your first cruise without being a passenger or a L plater? I saw you took it a little easy, which is good. Like the way you've kept your car in shape too. Nice colour ;) Btw, thanks guys for organising this cruise. Was fabulous and a great turn out. Bowler, no spinning out round a corner like that in front of us next time eh? Glad we didn't run into the side of you for the other guys coming round the corner behind, heh. Very lucky, barely a scratch ;) I too need more work on my car. The standard shocks are just that - shocking. Little bump round a corner and the bounce just sends my car hopping and sliding across the lane. Maybe I'll get rid of power steering some time too, LOL. Cheers.

Yep, I'll go with Go Karting and BBQ, sounds like fun. Hopefully the weather holds out so we can keep our cars shiny for some photo's...

Yeah just got it done. I haven't seen you on the streets lately, however my g/f has seen you a couple times now. Hey, it's a small world, and my brothers in law know ya from school aand are your mates, LOL. Michael and Mark ;o) Yes, that's the only quote I got as I got referred to these guys from where I got my wheels done and trusted them with the work. I'm not fussed on pricing myself as long as the work is well done and the people there are great to talk to. Service is the key.

Yes, the ride is very comfortable surprisingly. I was expecting a much bumpier ride but I cannot complain! And the corners, oh.... it's a weapon now ;o) Just wait till I get those shocks in to remove any excess roll and bouncing around.

Sorry, but I will not be attending this event. Not enough information was given out, or I was under the assumption that we would meet up in melbourne and a bunch of us would take off to Winton. Enjoy the day however!

I've lowered my car on TEIN springs. It sits perfectly too, not too low! The springs and labour set me back $530. I'm doing the shocks next. I wanted to get as much life out of my standards as I could. I am getting KYB shocks, all round $827. All this is being done at The Suspension Centre in Kealba just off Sunshine Av near the car wash and petrol station there.

Sorry for my ignorance, but where exactly is Winton Raceway. Tried looking it up but can't find a map :-/ I may be interested.

Sorry guys, I really wanted to go to this one too and catch up with all of you. Mario, I saw your car at Mag Wheel & Tyre in Preston; I was getting my wheels done the same day and spotted your car getting an alignment. I have a flu, even took the day off work, been sleeping for most of it hoping I'd be in condition to come out, have a bite to eat and go for a night cruise and photoshoot :( But alas - not feeling too good right now, almost 6pm and the weather tonight was looking good too :( Please set up another social meet very soon and I'll be sure to attend them!

Let us know when the next cruise will be. I have the flu anyway so wont be able to attend this one if it still happens.

Hey All, Finally, my first mod done to the car. It took so long for me to decide where to start, but alas! I've done the wheels! 18" RSGT's in Shadow Chrome running 225/40 hankook K104 rubber. Here's some pics: Obviously next is the lowering. I've decided to go with TEINS. After lowering? New brake upgrade, red calipers to suit the red RSGT and red sportivo writing on the car. Then on to Sway and strut bars. After that is another hard choice... Stereo upgrade/alarm or exhaust/CAI and rear skirt first? Baha... once you start I guess you can't stop yourself..

I'm still down, sheesh. Boss lent me his CB, Binoculars (for bird watching -shhhh) and his GPS for the kicks. So I'm not missing out on it just cause a few people can't go anymore.

Hmm, yes I play wow. Update on my level: 70 and have my flying mount. My girlfriend is still stuck on level 64, she has a Night Elf Hunter. We play together all the time, gank horde in PvP, dungeons etc. She's just been too busy lately with studies to play much at all. Transfer to Lightninghoof and join my alliance guild ;) I only have 17 members right now in my guild, however most know each other in r/l as friends/couples, and we have a few aussies too. Not bad, we're just levelling to 70 first before our guild heads into the dungeons together. Until then I'll be PvPing and getting all my epic gear ;)

Most of the guys in vic are starting exams just after our weekend cruise as far as I know. Many are still thinking on it. I'll give em all info at the Great Ocean Road cruise we're doing April 1st.

Apparently this is true although in Australia our pork being of superior quality and having many governed laws for treatment of pork lowers the chances. I did try this at work today and found nothing. Again, this was a high quality, superior piece of pork. Never the less, this is why you cook you pork right through!
