  1. I was wondering why there was not too many bites at this post.......I was talking *******! What I mean't to say was 450 then 480 for a 'tank' as per below. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> How many km's are people getting for a standard tank refill (say 60ltr fillup)? My first on standard unleaded was around 550km (60ltr refill) Second tank about 580km (62 ltr refill; some hwy driving) Haven't had a complete refill since but my feeling is this is improving. I have a mix of 91 and 95 at the moment and my next full tank will be 95, as you guys are recommending. I'm interested on how many actual km people are getting for a tank up to fuel light and is it an accuratet reflection on the ecomony changes people are seeing?
  2. I'm still interested how many km's people are doing for a tank to fuel light? 91;95;98?
  3. Wouldn't mind those 'smoked' chrome side steps. Much better looking than the Toyota genuine.

    Dash Rattle

April08 Build, May08 Compliance. It's just a loose fitting that is easy fixed with a rubber plug as described above. Mine is not constant, just every now and then and can be stopped by giving the panel a kick with my left foot. Am planning to get the rubber plug during the week. It appears as though it's due from only 2-3mm of movement from the side panel of the console.

Same problem with mine, haven't got aroudn to fixing it.
  6. Does anyone have any other info on dark tint and insurance? I'm going to get 20% which is a close match to the rear privacy, but only if my insurance isn't void. Any suggestions?

  8. I have Graphite. My dealer when I ordered said graphite was the most popular colour but who knows. I have seen a few around but also silver, blue and black. I've seen more Klugers this month than ever before.
  9. I had genuine toyota roof racks and pro bike carrier installed on delivery. Have done about 900km (~200km hwy driving) with no noise at all up to 110km/hr.
  10. Gday. I also have a KX-S. Just finished my first tank of fuel, about 490km of suburb driving. Ave 13.0/100km. Really wrapped about the car, but am hoping efficiency improves a little. Haven't been on open roads as yet. I'm interested in your 'run in' proceedure. Do you think you could document it in point form on this thread. I think many 'less informed' would find it useful. Thanks in advance.
  11. Being really picky. Split 3rd row seats would be handy; memory seats would be cool; why remote boot only for Grande?? Didn't think I would have the need for 7 seater but just had a weekend with 6 friends and it was perfect. Plenty of room in 3rd row for one and a dog. They actually found the seat more comfortable than expected and the same was said about the middle seat in 2nd row. The Kluger is amazing!!! Friends wanted me to keep driving because they were enjoying the ride so much.
  12. Have had my new KX-S AWD (Graphite) for just under a week and am stoked with everything about the car. Had access to gold fleet pricing. Drive away $52,500 incl Tow pack; all mats and rubber cargo; roof racks and probike carrier.
