99% of 10th generation rollas we get are from japan.Some though were supplied from south africa as supply couldnt keep up with demand.According to my toyota dealer japanese ones are better quality. :)

These are great units and ive seen these and others on ebay.I actually bought one thse from ebay and after more investigation be aware that ALL of these units will only fit ZRE152 Sedan only! Hatch has a different infill size :D Anyway seller conceeded these do not fit hatch and gave me refund prior to posting the unit.Shame i would have liked one these units as the portable units (navman) sit too far away from the driver (deep dash) :(

Funny my zr shows distance to empty any where between 567 - 579km but my average consumption shows 7.2l/100km? Actual consumption is an average of 7.4l/100km by calculation with fuel receipt and calculator ;) How the hell is any one getting 6.9l/100km? Im 40 my cars a manual and i drive most of the time out of traffic like an old mole.

It is allways better to have a higher amp power and a lower speaker power rating. Whilst power can destroy a sub or any other speaker generally its the amount of distotion that the amp produces that destroys speakers.When an amp distorts its driven into "clipping" its this clipping that destroys speakers as the amp is no longer able to control the speaker.If your sub is rated at 250watts rms a 250w rms amp or higher would be ideal something like pioneer gm-7300 for each sub.

Ah bad news guys! im not going ahead with this unit as it appears to only fit corolla sedan not the hatch.You wouldnt think there is a difference as they do look the same but unfortunatly they arent. Bugger and i have allready changed the speakers to Infinity 6012i front and rear.

I get 600km out of a tank of mobil s6000 in my my08 levin zr 6sp driving through the dandenongs. Im averaging 7.2l/100km if i drive it until its REALLY empty 8l reserve included i should get around 700km out of a tank.Should i expect better economy when the engine loosens up a bit? as ive only done 3000kms.

Stock head unit is actually quite good! I changed the speakers in mine to Infinity 6012i front and rear 6.5 inch front and rear size,made a huge improvement in overall sound quality (without spending heaps). Stock speakers are no good not just because they have paper cones but also because the magnets (especially the rear pair) are very small. At the end of the day what are you trying to achieve and how much do you want to spend.

None of the head units have RCA outputs or Inputs,even after market units generaly dont have RCA inputs. What are you needing RCA inputs for? Not sure if the conquest has an ipod input as the levin does,if it does you could buy an adaptor that adapts 3.5mm stereo plug to 2 RCA sockets from jaycar or dse.

I ordered my Levin ZR ,Manual,Moonroof,Graphite etc. on the 27th may (estimated delivery was 8 weeks as one had to built from scratch) and to my suprise got a phone call on the 4th june! Happy Days!!!!!!! Anyway aparently dealers can "hide" cars from other dealers on their system.Strange though the build date on my car is may 08? but i got it early june?

I was actually going to leave the stock indicators as is and just fit the mirror covers.Ive done this before on my hilux and it looked pretty good.Are the 08 sedan rear view mirrors the same as the hatch? and where would i get them?

Hi Newbie to corolla and newbie to these forums.Does any one know where i could get euro style led indicator style rear view mirrors to suit current model ZR hatch? Are the mirrors on the current model sedan the same as the hatch? Do any previous version corolla mirrors fit ie:06,07 models etc.? Any help greatly appreciated Cheers
