  4. compared to last year, i think it was pretty below par

last year it was pretty hard to walk around and even talk

this year, not as much cars and clubs and promo girls

    maybe 5/10

Yeah i compared it to last years one aswell!! I thought last year's salon was wiked!!

Definitely less clubs this time around and more gay holdens

How funny was that chunky supra!! Hahaha!! "Fattie"

    6/10 from me.

  5. ok, well maybe ill go for a 2.5" replacement (current exhaust is all but screwed) - would just the exhaust manifold make a difference? - love the way the tubular exhaust manifold looks and it'd be nice to either have that or get the standard heat shield chromed

Don't even think of getting an after market manifold if its just for the looks, they do next to nothing unless you are a track racer dude with hardcore supporting mods and tuning.

    Also

Once the aftermarket manifold is installed, you can no longer use you top mount anymore, the manifold is simply to big and the intercooler itself will be resting on the manifold and the intercooler inlets dont line up with the turbo and throttle body adapter.

This means that, you'll HAVE to relocate your battery and change to a front mount intercooler set up even if its not what you are after.

Stick with the heat shield chroming idea, I reckon that looks mint!!

  6. drop a gen3 3sgte into ur celica heheh, itll be quicker than the options above... traction permitting hahahah

And while you're at it join up to Ozcelica.com too....

Yesss NGHTKD I think we got him... one person at a time, we'll convert them all!!

  7. I remember Pedders here in Phillip weren't too bad. I think it's all dependant on who actually works at the shop in regards to whether you'll be taken for a ride or not.

    Same here in Perth,

Me and my bro took the gt4 and the 32gtr there and they seem like a great bunch of guys hey,

didnt try to milk us for our money or anything!

  8. I think that implementing new policies that have more to do with speeding, will have more effect then simply adding additional time in which a person can get their license.

Its also kind of stupid that they are making these new laws about being able to drive at night only if you are studying, or on the way home from work or whatever.

Fair enough theyre trying to make it safer on the roads for us all, but a "1st phase" P-plater that is driving home from work or uni late at night has exactly the same probability of being involved in a car accident as any other "first phase" p-plater driving that late at night.

What means of proof would you need if you were heading home from uni after a late night of study before exam week?? A student I.D maybe?

I think that these new policies are just getting way too ridiculous now.

When these new laws are implimented, and my little brother gets his P-Plates, I'll be reminding him to bring along his student I.D when he heads out to a 24/7 Macdonalds.

    What a joke
