So - I've got a 2007 ACV40R and seems to have exactly the same fault. Very annoying rattle coming from the intake manifold which is particularly bad at certain RPM ranges. Does anyone know what the solution is for this? Is there any cheaper way to replace the intake manifold if it is broken? Thanks!
