Hi, Does anyone know the correct process to all me to code a new key, already cut and chip transferred to new case, from my master. I have been on youtube and see a number of versions/steps for other Toyota vehicles but none for Hilux. The dealership wants to charge over $80 for what appears to be 5 minutes. Look forward to your thoughts. Tony
