Speakers crackling noise

Recently I noticed that there is a crackling noise coming from the speakers. When I start the car there is a small boom noise and then I can hear the crackling noise from the speakers. When music start playing few seconds later crackling noise disappears and all seems to be ok. After system installation there was no change made to the car. All was working well until 2 weeks ago. How should I troubleshoot the problem? It might be HU, amp or maybe some cabling? I'm puzzled.
