2012 KX/S move rear camera to stereo

Hi

I have a 2012 KX/S with a genuine stereo and would the reverse camera screen shown on it. It's a wiring harness that I can get that will move the picture from the screen above to the stereo or do I have to move wires around ,

I was told it can be done

Hi guys,

So I have been at Toyota. No chance you can move rear camera image from upper screen to head unit unless it is a separate camera(not factory fitted). So basically you need to buy a camera(genuine of aftermarket) and connect it to head unit. There is no splitter or adaptor from upper screen to head unit.

So you can buy a camera and stick it to front of car and have a front view image on your head unit. It is a pity
