programming a new transponder chip

2009Kluger

Recommended Posts

one of the remotes for my keys recently broke after I was out working in the rain so I decided to upgrade to a flip key that I purchased on eBay that was listed as compatible with my vehicle a 2009 Toyota Kluger kx-r. I was able to program the remote part with a combination of opening and closing the door as well as putting the key in the ignition and that all worked perfectly fine. However I am having some difficulty programing the transponder chip into the car in order to get it to start could anyone give me some advice as to how to do this as I have tried a number of methods with no results. Thanks
