  1. I had factory front and rear parking sensors fitted, thinking they would save the paint work on a big car, but they really haven't proved to be much use. They beep for items meters away, don't work very well when in motion or turning, which all leads to a lack of trust in the system. I end up ignoring the beeping and do things the old fashioned way.

The rear camera does come in useful when reversing and parking, and more useful than the sensors.

  2. To date still no resolution to the excessive front left outside wear.

Anyone else having problems? Has it been fixed? Im looking at the 2nd replacement and the cars barely done 19k's!

At 1000km's i was getting feathering of the front right outside tyre. Took it back to dealer for wheel alignment. Still only 1500km's and will see over time weather it is an ongoing problem. Hope not.

  3. Kluger KXS AWD (Nov 08 model) - Graphite $54,000 Drive-away

    - nudge bar

    - side steps

    - front parking sensors

    - rear parking sensors

    - floor mats

not a screaming bargain, but good enough.

Only clocked up 850km in 3 weeks.

  4. I've got a 2 week old Kluger KXS AWD, and i've noticed that when stopped and i press hard down on the brakes, the car beeps and the stability warning light comes on, and back off when i release the pressure on the brakes.

Anyone else have the problem, or do i need to get it checked?

  5. I purchased a new KX-S AWD plus front & rear parking sensors. After picking up the car i noticed that they replaced the down hill assist button which was next to the snow button with the front parking sensor button. There are a number of other blank buttons that they have could chosen but they to chose the connected DAC button. Clearly the installer was not very bright.

Has anyone else come accross this?

Not very keen on getting them to rip all the covers off again to fix this, but i guess there is no choice (although i'm unlikely to ever use the down hill assist button).
