They can and only be purchased from Toyota.

went to a toyota dealer (newtown in Vicpark - WA) a awhile ago and sourced some prices + part numbers

Sun guard spoiler $101.55 part # TO-PZQ6512020 (not too sure what price for proper spoiler is)

Front skirt (Facelift) $312.31 part # TO-0815412830

Side skirts (Sportivo) $390.12 part # TO-0815012900

note: these prices don't include GST so add another 10% ontop of everything + all parts are unpainted.
