$700 for that facia assembly, that's very steep.
I picked one up from Motorama Toyota for $423.00
Took abit of haggling between a few Dealers but got it down from around $500.00

I don't know how different the BR Series to the V1's but yeah didn't experience any dramas when installing mine.
Which chassis bolt was it?
The only thing I came across was spring binding on the fronts, but that was solved with a replacement part from Just Jap.
I think this is a problem only for that V1 range as they are the cheaper spec.

So I have been getting some bad spring binding with the new coil overs. I don't know who else may have experienced this but anyways. I proceeded to contact Just Jap where I purchased them from and told them of the problem. From here they ended up sending me replacement parts for part of the coilovers at no cost or no questions asked. I must say very happy with customer service of these guys.
As you can see from the pictures belows, the main thing that was different between the two versions of top seats where the presence of a bearing. I have since installed these this morning and as expected spring binding has stopped and cannot be happier.

Next addition is Kenwood Head Unit (KDC-XBT8013U).
Very easy to install. Only problem I found was that I bought a facia kit from Aerpro (2003-2008 Corolla Spec) that did not fit.
Later found on TOCAU forums that someone had already done this. Obviously wasn't looking hard enough for info befor the install.
But no harm done, retured for full refund and bought the relevent side spacers and pockets from Toyota.

Try Toyota Genuine Parts mate from your Toyota dealer, they seem to making this sort of thing still for that model corolla.
I got the silver instrument cluster finish panel which they sit on off them the other day for $240 which wasn't to bad I thought for grand spanking new.
I didn't think they would still be supplying that sort of thing but I was way off there.

The only other mob that I can vouch for but I couldn't be assed to drive to Coomera is WRS (William Race Services).
They certainly know what they are doing. Only cause I used to work with the owner do I say this.
Have got my hands on a set of scales for the weekend, so will sort it out at home.
Thanks for the other sources.

Gday,
Got adjustable coil overs installed, want to balance car get it set-up properly.
Does anyone one know of anywhere that can supply this service?
I know what I want just need somewhere to do it.
I have tried fulcrum suspension and their scales are not at there yeerongpilly branch atm, and jax can't do it either.
I am located around Rocklea in brisy.
My other option is doing it myself, but currently waiting on whether I can get some scales to do at home. Just trying to work out how I can get it done sooner rather then later.
Cheers

Will post what I find if I get that far.

Gday Gentlemen,
I have been looking around the forums for the legality of Coil Overs in QLD.
Had no such luck in terms of a difinitive answer, so chased Main Roads, the following is what I received:
"Thank you for your email regarding the fitment of adjustable coil over shocks.
Please refer to the attached vehicle standards instruction L1.0 LIGHT VEHICLE REPLACEMENT SUSPENSION MODIFICATIONS, it covers requirements for suspension modifications in greater detail then the "all about modification to motor vehicle" brochure.
I understand that the document mainly refers to "air bag" or "hydraulic"
suspension, however the same general requirements and conditions apply to adjustable coil over shocks.
If you require further information regarding adjustable coil over shocks
please do not hesitate to contact the modification help desk on 3253 4851.
Kind Regards,"
The document that is being referred to is attached.
For me it seems a little bit confusing, could I get all your opinions on it and where you think the whole legality side of it actually sits.
Cheers

I'm guessing no one has done it. Oh well, I'll get something made and fitted, will post any progress along the way.

Gday guys,
Have searched the forum couldn't see anything, may have been looking the wrong way yet.
Just seeing if anyone has fitted a steering wheel spacer to their corolla, or if one even exists for that matter??
I'm not looking for the one that sits between the steering wheel and the seat....... ;)
just the one that brings the steering wheel further out.
Cheers
Looking for coilovers for my corolla zze123.
