  1. Car looks sweet. Another Black SX6 WOO HOO. (don't mind the Avatar)

Yeah man love the black, looks absolutely mint when its clean. Unfortunately here in Kalgoorlie it only does so for 3-4 days. Damn dust red dirt haha!

Ive just enquired bout getting a sunroof actually

  2. AGE: 22

    SEX: Male

    STATUS: Taken

REASONS FOR BUYING: I had a mint yellow 1998 model Skyline R34. Still have regrets bout getting rid of it sometimes... But thats not taking away from my Aurion. Didnt want to be just another fricken Commodore or Falcon, thats what it came down too. Plus didnt want to go back to anything gutless after being in a turbo R34 for 2 years. Very happy with my purchase!

  3. Ive spoken to the experts regarding both Kings and Pedders springs who have installed many on the Aurion on the past

They have never had to install the camber bolts, so im going without at this stage.. From what ive been told/ Read Kings will give u a 30mm drop while pedders would be closer to 40mm.. I went with Pedders, springs arrived today, getting them installed shortly. $600 all up including wheel alignment.

    thanks Spags,

where are you that Pedders quote $400.00 cheaper? Thats only if you don't mind answering!!

Kalgoorlie mate.. Sourced springs from Tyrepower $350.. Ultratune to fit $200. and then alignment at Ian Diffen if needed for $40

done deal! thats without the camber kit... I rang pedders myself, the guy said hes done aurions and not needed the kit.. So for now i decided against it.

  5. put Pedderd Sports Ryders in mine and I wouldn't go back to the standards.

The handling is much better (roundabouts are a breeze at 70kms)

The looks are far better (the 45mm is a massive difference)

And the ride quality hasn't been compromised at all. Best $550 i have spent.

I am still running the original rims and tyres, I would love to put the Eleanors (18's) on her and see the even better results.......

Glad i chose Pedders, im getting them done wednesday! Kings ive been told only drop by about 30mm. Should look sweeeet.

    dropped, 19's, varex ooooo s*x

  6. wat size outlet is them muffs?

so do u have 4 controllers?

    catback/diffback?

    how much?

Think its a 4 inch outlet.

Yeah you get 2 controlls with each Muffler.

Its not a full exhaust cat back, i have cut out the resonator and added the 2 mufflers.

I paid $1300 which might have been abit more then it should, but i dont have much choice in exhaust shops where i live.

    1. when you switch it to silent does the exhaust sound like the stock exhuast?

    2. Is the exhaust catback? or just the muffler

    3. Did you have any problems with warrenty?

Yeah mate pretty much spot on stock, really is great when your on the open road and want to shut it up.

Warranty mate, thats a grey area like disscussed on this forum some think it will affect, some think it wont. I didnt plan to have any engine trouble in the next year and a half so it didnt bother me:p.

Just a question on adding pics also. I used the add image button and linked it from another site i uploaded it on.. Not sure about this attatchment system, its telling me 'Attachment space used 2.91MB of 1000K' when i havent attatched anything!??

  7. Not sure with actual figures mate, i shouldve really got it dynoed when they did the work.. But theres certainly no loss and that sound always puts a smile on my face. NOt to mention the fact that i can shut it up whenever i please:P

Pics are abit dodgy (haha yeah i was excited and took em with my phone)

  8. Just an update, after so much deliberation and discussion i decided to go ahead with getting the XForce Varex Adjustable Mufflers.

Must say i was so suprised with the results, our Aurion has amasing potential sounds wise. So impressed!
