  1. ahoy hoy, im fandio. i joined a fair while ago but never posted just had a gander through it all. Some of you might know me from a few other forums (twincam, toymods and a few others), Ive been looking for a zze sportivo for the miss's so thought id come make myself known and meet everyone on here first and learn a bit more about them

im a bit of a toyota nutt also, cars ive had are ae92 seca csx, ae92 hatch (4agze), ae92 SX seca (4age then 4agte)

I now have a 1988 Levin GTZ with a blacktop 20v turbo and a 2006 hilux workmate as a run around

    just thought id say hi

  2. Just curious to know what brand and type of window tint people have decided on? Ive just been going through some of the brands and am trying to work out the difference.

also can anyone recemend a car tint place in brisbane?

  3. for the ascent models (remote fob is separate from the key) there is a genuine toyota alarm kit for around $200. installation is very simple.

ahh yeah apparantly they have stopped making genuine toyota alarm kits. Some toyota places doesn't know they exist and they have told me theres no such thing. lol I have been looking at the cyclops brand atm. is it an ok brand of alarm?

I had a Cyclops in one of my old corollas for about 5 years, never had an issue with it and it was very simple to wire up. even the imobiliser

  4. i had a similar weight distribution with an ae92 seca, unfortunately there isnt much you can move around with fwd to even it up. I ended up moving the battery to the boot and it evened up the corners a bit. even though lowering the rear moved a bit of weight to the back, wouldnt you be better off with it higher to give you some rake angle to improve turn in?

  5. Oem wheels are very strong in my experience. Had a 2002 corolla 15inch alloy that had a rather large impact with a truck and lived to tell the tail, just a few chunks taken out. But didn't buckle or warp. Compared to some rip off alloys I had that buckled after only a small pot hole
