it's a private sale price with the dealer... a quiet day at the car yard during the election day weekend does wonders for haggling =)
oh and i also managed to score a set of front weathershields thrown in upon delivery ;-)
nothing much but i'm pretty stoked with the price anyway.
Yep i think it's all about timing. Can i know which dealer you got it from? I'm in melbourne and the price i got is 48K drive away for the KX-S 2wd.

anyway i paid 46K for my brand new 2010 KXS 2WD with 6yrs ext warranty and mats, hoping to pick it up by the weekend - can't wait! =)
Hi,
Is this price a novated lease price or a private sale price?
Thanks,
-
My local dealer, central victoria starts with a 'B', it's fleet price on a novated lease through my employer.
Thanks nemers

Waiting on deliver this Friday, a 2010 KX-R 7 seats, Crystal White, Bonnet and Headlamp protectors, Matts, Tint on all windows at $41k even. Would have loved the split fold third row seats from the 2011 facelift, but not for the extra $'s.
Hi nemers,
Which dealer did you get this deal from?
Thanks

I got my KX-S FWD 7 seater for $42k second hand with 33,000km on the clock back in Feb... prices have surely come down since then but thought I'd mention that as a guide for you, you may be able to get a car very similar to mine for just on $40k....
Hi,
Can i know if this price is from a dealer or private sale?
Thanks,
-
BTW Is it just me or does the front tyre look pretty low on tread for a car made in Dec 2009 - then again if you consider 110kph a slow speed then I suppose you wouldn't be getting a lot of life out of your tyres.
Also, the new aurion does not have the side strip on the doors and this one has !!!!!!

installed it in under 2 hours...
Hi Freddo,
They look fantastic. A couple of questions,
1. As i see you are running two different movies in them, do you use two different IR headphones for the sound and also how do you divert the sound if you want it to come from the car's speakers?
2. if you don't mind can i know for how much did you get them?
Thanks,

Welcome matey ...where in Melbourne you from?
Hi Guys,

Thanks for the info, I thought Tom Tom gear should work with these units as they are now running the corret prtogram that should handle them, which do you prefer, IGO8 or the Tom Tom, how do you find the Auspack unit, I've been tossing up between that unit and the Dig Options unit, Did you instal the rear view camera they supply, if so is it OK?
I got it installed last week. I got the rear view camera also installed along with the unit. I didnot find much difference with the auspack unit and dig_options unit and the only thing which made me go with the auspack unit was, the reverse camera ( a little bit of aurion presara type camera) and the prompt response from the seller. Ididnot know until the last minute that TomTom was also installed in the SD card delivered with the unit. I prefer using TomTom because i am used to the TomTom's graphics and feel and i have never used IGO8. As for TomTom, i remember being told that they had to do a little bit of tweeking to run the TomTom on these units.

Secondly, TomTom is either made to run on specific TomTom units or Windows Mobile. Getting it to run on Windows CE which is what these head units use requires a bit of work to try and unpackage everything and get it running perfectly. As a result, you won't really find anyone using it. In most of our navigation head unit threads, we have discussed the different software and iGO8 appears to be the most user friendly.
I am new to posting but a silent observer for a long time. Thought i should reply as i am using TomTom. I recently purchased a headunit from Auspack and it has both IGO8 and TomTom. I can select whatever i want.
