  1. can someone confirm for me which screw it is for adjusting the level of the lights??

I turned on the lights, and was turning this screw which I'd thought is the one for the lights, but the level don't seem to be moving at all??

I need to lower my HID's :help:

  2. "The stock low beam globes in the non face lift corollas have an aditional mounting bracket that connects the the back of the blub as seen below"

so does that mean the facelift ones shouldn't have a problem? i'm a bit confused, doesn't northy have a non facelift too?

  3. For our cars (corolla)/sportivo) the blub size is H7.

I've been doing alot of research lately on HID's, and it has been recommended by alot of ppl NOT to the get ones that are made in china/taiwan. The majority of the ones sold on ebay are from china, and they are the cheapest ones. These are known to break as their quality is very poor.

Obviously Euro or Jap ones are more peferrable, but Korean ones aren't too bad either, I saw a brand called Kaixen on (BOS importing) http://home.exetel.com.au/nismo/bosimporting/

I looked up the Kaixen website http://www.kaixenkits.com/ and they seem like they know what they're doing

If I do happen to get a set for my stivo, it'll most likely be these ones as the price aren't too bad either.

  4. Oh **** bigbum thanks man for pointing that out, all this time I thought this was Boss audio, and i was thinking this is sweet its full cheap!

fark i nearly got conned there man, i was wondering why i couldn't find any info on it!

But yea i'll definitely go take a look at the shops soon, thanks bigbum

  5. Did anyone find it hard to do heel toe when they first bought their corolla sportivos?

I've had it for one and a half weeks, I'm finding it quite difficult cos of the position of the pedals. I just can't seem to position my foot properly, I had no trouble doing it in other cars.

Would it be better to change the pedals? or will I eventually become accustomed to it?

  6. OK heres how much i got the car for

    $28500.01

    It includes:

    -colour/trim as applicable

    -Mat set carpet

    -window tint lifetime

    -underbody rust protector

-rego, CTP, plates, dealer delivery, stamp duty

I also traded in a 94 Rav 4 and they gave me about $5500 for it, so still gotta pay $23000

oh yea they had a special going on, $27990 driveaway. But then that doesn't include carpet, tint, rust and other stuff. However it does include rego and all that.
