  1. ^ haha nice man! My friend was interested in putting super lows in his Levin. Guess I'll link him straigh to this page ;)

Have since installed BC coils =)

Riding about 12cm off the ground measured from the side skirt I think?

I knew the mid section of the exhaust hangs a little lower so I'm very close to, if not already, defect-worthy.

Still scrub a little when taking turns a little quicker. Will be switching to 205/50 tyres at next tyre change, and thinking about getting stiffer springs as well.

Thanks :) I miss that car!!!!! It had a nice Rockford system in it :D

Mind you, my AE92 isn't quiet as low as the ZZE but still scrapes to all buggery on the roof at Parra Westfields :(

Your S'tivo looks good that height (Y) Hows the BC's?

  2. Yeah man that was me, were you the one filling up?

Saw a silver sportivo at the maccas with the number plate li11ft or something similar

In the white GTi, yep. Was nursing the poor thing home as the clutch is pretty much gone, barely taking off on a flat surface atm :(

Your 'rolla looks nice man :) Was that an Angry bird dangling under your bumper? lol

  3. You could have turned around. All our cars are dirty anyways so you'd fit in real well.

    True true......

Stupid Sydney weather...... I clayed the GTi new years eve morning, went to my Sisters for a BBQ lunch, started raining as i got there, came back out after and the car was covered with debris from the huge gum tree and has all dried up as the sun was back out after. Now looks a mottled yellow/black :(

I swear, every time i wash it = rain <_<

  4. Spotted a few of the cars at Homebush near Allphones Arena driving RC cars

y u no stop and say hi. lol

Didnt realise it was TOCAU members until i was almost past you all and turning left onto Edward Flack Av....... plus my car was absolutely filthy "/

Btw, id advise against getting ice cream from Cold Rock there, GF's serving had 2 hairs in it >.<

  5. To the dumb kient on their green P's flooring it up my ***** on the M4 this morning at a bout 7ish in a white ae112r hatch (plates BJ77VR) with a rosary bead sticker on the back window, your lucky i used the foot brake to get the message through....

Next time your behind me doing the same thing you'll get the handbrake, and then youll actually have more of a reason to give me filthy looks.

  7. Taken from: http://www.carsguide.com.au/news-and-reviews/car-news/subaru_demands_dna_test_on_toyota

SUBARU claims fatherhood of the Toyota 86 that is also the BRZ.

Subaru says it is the creator of the two all-new sports cars which will be sold simultaneously as its BRZ and the Toyota 86.

The smaller of the two Japanese makers, who are partners in the project, says it is responsible for all the important stuff in the BRZ-86 and Toyota only added the froth and bubble once the hard work was done.

Subaru did the engine, chassis, suspension and brakes in the project, and the 86 even has a signature Subaru exhaust note from its flat-four engine.

The car definitely looks like a Toyota, and is missing the all-wheel drive that has become a Subaru signature in Australia, but company chief Nick Senior says there is no doubt about who was responsible for the car.

"It is, at the end of the day, a Subaru," Senior says bluntly to Carsguide. "Toyota input, at the end of the day, was design and product planning."

His claim is sure to spark a stoush as the doors are thrown open this morning at the Tokyo Motor Show and people can decide for themselves as the two production cars can be assessed side-by-side for the first time.

Toyota has already given journalists a first drive experience in its 86 - and it's a terrific car - while Subaru will follow soon with the BRZ. Senior says anyone who drives the 86 or the BRZ will know that it's a Subaru at heart.

"They have poured a lot of Subaru into this car. it is a driver's car," he says. "The car, the drivetrain and the driving experience is all Subaru. That's one of the things that's given us a real cause for discussion and debate about this car and whether it comes to Australia."

Subaru is also worried that it might not be able to match Toyota's plan for a starting price in the low $30,000s, perhaps as little as $32,000.

"We are studying. We won't make a decision until later in December," Senior says. But he seems to be wavering from his previous assertion that the BRZ was unlikely for Australia because two of the brand's local pillars are all-wheel drive and turbocharging for its performance cars, both missing from the BRZ.

"It's a process that started several years ago. It is great, at last, that the car breaks cover," he says. "More people have seen it now ... and I think that it ticks off a lot of boxes.

"What Fuji has said for some time is they would like to consider it, and take it. But the final decision is up to

Buahahahaha - Sound like any other company we may have heard of? (Apple vs Samsung) :P

    And finally, a poll: http://www.smh.com.au/polls/drive/new-japanese-sports-coupes-20111129-1o4gt.html

Even though i knew Subaru was co-developing it, i wasnt aware they were also going to release a car (same body) themselves. This is what ultimately put me off.

Long gone are the days of the Commodore/Lexcen, Astra/Pulsar, Corolla/Nova crossovers... and for good reason.

    Shame really.......

  9. I'll give way to others to merge, on the proviso that they give me sufficient indication that they are changing lanes. However, most of the time there is no indcaition or a quick flash of the indicator. If this happens, they don't get any allowance from me.
